1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Member") and ph30 ("ph30," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph30 online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services offered at ph30.pro and its subdomains.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise interacting with ph30's services, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. This acceptance is effective as of the date you first access or use ph30's services, and continues for as long as your account remains open or you continue to access the platform in any form.

These Terms should be read together with ph30's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the same contractual framework between you and ph30. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

ph30 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email to registered members and/or posted prominently on the platform. Continued use of ph30's services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ph30's real-money gaming services is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. ph30 strictly prohibits gaming by individuals under 21 years of age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of playing or placing bets. ph30's license from PAGCOR authorises gaming services for persons within the Philippines only.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who are legally incapacitated or under guardianship may not register or use ph30 services.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order — whether imposed by ph30 directly or through PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry — at the time of registration or play.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active ph30 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

ph30 conducts age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to be operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions voided, and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations and at ph30's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access ph30's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a member account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested, and to update that information promptly if it changes.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, ph30 will request personal information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ph30 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph30 support immediately via live chat or email.

3.3 Account Ownership

ph30 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your account or any rights arising from it. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of the account balance.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

ph30 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before real-money gaming activity — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — is permitted. This is a regulatory requirement, not optional.

Acceptable identification documents for KYC purposes include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine Passport
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ID

ph30 may additionally request proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days) and, where required by anti-money laundering regulations, proof of source of funds for large transactions.

ph30 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account pending completion of KYC verification, and to request additional documentation at any time where circumstances warrant. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

5. Deposits & Payments

ph30 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), USDT, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at ph30's discretion and in accordance with applicable regulations.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within the ph30 platform. ph30 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to PAGCOR guidelines.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your ph30 account balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take between one and three hours to reflect, depending on interbank processing times. Cash deposits via 7-Eleven Cliqq are processed upon confirmation from the payment network, typically within one hour.

5.3 Deposit Currency

All accounts on ph30 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. For USDT deposits, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed prior to confirmation of the transaction.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits to ph30 must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from accounts or instruments belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. ph30 reserves the right to void transactions and suspend accounts where third-party deposit activity is detected. ph30 does not accept deposits made using credit cards.

6. Withdrawals

ph30 members may request withdrawals of available balance subject to the following conditions and procedures.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to make a withdrawal, your account must have completed full KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be permitted to process withdrawals. Additionally, any active bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements must be either completed or forfeited before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within one banking business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

ph30 does not charge withdrawal fees on amounts up to ₱50,000 per transaction under standard conditions. For larger amounts or specific payment methods, fees may apply and will be clearly disclosed to you before you confirm the withdrawal request.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits and AML Compliance

ph30 applies transaction monitoring in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law. Withdrawal requests that trigger AML review thresholds may be subject to additional verification before processing. ph30 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

6.5 Withdrawal Destination

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your verified KYC details. ph30 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ph30 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible members aged 21 years and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms, accessible on the Current Offers page.
• ph30 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonuses — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific terms) must be wagered through eligible games before a withdrawal can be made. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are disclosed in each offer's specific terms. Live baccarat, live roulette, and certain table games may have reduced contribution rates or be excluded from wagering requirement completion.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not completed by the expiry date, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be automatically forfeited. Expiry dates are shown on each active bonus within the player account dashboard.

8. Game Play Rules

All games available on the ph30 platform — including live casino games, slot games, bingo, virtual sports, and sports betting — are subject to the specific rules of each individual game in addition to these general Terms.

8.1 Game Integrity

ph30's Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. Live casino games are operated using real cards, wheels, and equipment managed by trained dealers under monitored conditions. Game results are final once determined by the gaming system or live dealer, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out below.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including software errors, disconnection, or hardware failure — that affects a game round, ph30 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered stake to the player. ph30 is not liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

8.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ph30 — covering events including PBA games, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing (including bouts featuring Filipino fighters), and other events — are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. Odds are displayed inclusive of ph30's margin. Bets are final once confirmed unless ph30 cancels the market in accordance with its sports betting rules.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, you must contact ph30 support within 30 days of the disputed event. ph30 will investigate the matter and provide a response within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with ph30's resolution, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR's Player Assistance mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's established procedures.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph30 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ph30 (whether under your own name or a false identity).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with ph30 staff to influence game outcomes.
• Money laundering or using ph30 to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with ph30's software, security systems, or data.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph30 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using ph30 services for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming in accordance with these Terms.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph30 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. ph30 takes its responsibilities under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously and provides the following tools to help members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming by activating a cool-off period ranging from 24 hours to six months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from ph30 via the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and is irrevocable for the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of time spent and amounts wagered during your current session.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by ph30

ph30 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, AML concerns, game manipulation, bonus abuse, or receipt of a chargeback on a deposit transaction.

11.2 Closure by Member

You may request closure of your ph30 account at any time by contacting ph30 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment account, provided all withdrawal conditions are met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your ph30 account, whether initiated by you or by ph30, you will no longer be able to access the platform using that account. Closed accounts may not be reopened. If your account was closed due to a breach of these Terms, you are prohibited from registering a new account on ph30.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph30's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph30 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph30 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ph30 platform, even if ph30 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph30 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. ph30 shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, service interruptions, or events beyond ph30's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or regulatory interventions.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph30 platform — including but not limited to the ph30 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics, software, text, audio, and video content — is owned by or licensed to ph30 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph30 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any ph30 content without ph30's prior written consent.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the ph30 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, unless the dispute is required to be resolved through PAGCOR's regulatory mechanisms, in which case those mechanisms shall take precedence.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ph30 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph30 will notify registered members by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ph30 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.2 above.

The current version of these Terms, marked with the effective date shown at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
